If you have perused our site long enough, you most likely stumbled upon the “About” section, where you learned a little more about me, my previous experience, and a short synopsis of my interests. But why the name, Capital Culture? It stems from the best investment you can make to bring you the largest capital in your business, your employees. Human Capital can be described as the economic value of a worker’s experience and skills (Kenton, 2025). The simple concept is this: valuing your employees adds value to them, which produces its own return back into your business.
There are many organizations, successful organizations even, that see employees as simply vehicles to sell products and services. More emphasis is placed on the way in which this is done or the value of what their employees are driving. At Capital Culture, we stand by a trend taking precedence since the pandemic: people first. This entails that organizations cultivate cultures where the well-being and professional growth of their employees are at the focus of the decisions being made. This intentionality is conducted with the mindset that better-equipped and more fulfilled employees improve the organization as a whole. This approach is tied to greater customer service, higher retention margins, and better quality work at every level of the organization.
If this sounds like the culture you would like to have at your organization, I encourage you to reach out to us. Whether it’s policy/procedure design or organizational structure/operations, you can rest assured that your employees are the focal point of our advice. When you spend a third of your life in your workplace, your workplace caring for you seems pretty important. And that’s what building a (Human) Capital Culture is all about.
